Appam and stew

The brand ambassador of all Kerala dishes, appam and stew is famous all over the world . It’s unique taste , texture and combinations are humongous. It’s best combination is with stew which can be veg or non veg . Veg is made up with green peas , carrot etc and the vefvefis made with mutton. Appam is made in a special utensil called the work or appam chatting.

Thattu dosha

This is simple but unique. This is made in the samll shops of kerala called the thattu kadas which is completely homely food in the street . The unique thing about this is that food is made right in front of you and served . Everything here is fresh and tastes amazing . This taste can be only got on those small shops and nowhere else.

Meter chai

Skill is skill, no matter who does it , it takes a long time to master this art of making meter chai. This is ordinary chai which is made by pouring the tea one meter in mid air and catching all the tea with a glass. It takes so much conecntration and effort to do this and once mustered you are the King of making chai. This is a very eye catching art.

Kuluki Sarbath

Kuluki Sarbath. Everyone mallus special drink is kuluki Sarbath . From the name which literally means shaking Sarbath . It is made by shaking this liquid in a glass , covering it with another glass and showing your skills in making it. You can either throw it in mid air or just shake and give the cusycusycusttheir drink.

AVIAL

COCONUT is a weakness for us mallus . anything you make , we add coconuts to it. One of the delicacies for our land , The Gods Own Country is the avial. This is a surprising cocktail of grated coconut, drumstick, carrots, snake gaurd, runner beans, white pumpkin, curd and shallots .
